A delicious course

 Hello guys, i'm here again, after a nerd post, i'll bring you a more standard post, and of this topic, i wanna know your tastes (:.

How you notice in the title, yeah, today we'll talk about my favorite food in this planet. I think that's cotrovesial, cause as i heared from friends and different people, it's not a popular opinion likes it. I'm talking about of the Potato Cake.

The recipe is simple, grind potatoes with fried meat and onions, olives, rasins, and for the final touch, a layer of melt cheese. What can i say, it's not a simple course, this is art. 

About the calories, i dont wanna talk about it, but the only thing that i'll say for my health it's that i eat it in special ocations.

Hi, i'm Pablo Huaiquiñir, a 20 years old guy. I borned on Recoleta but i was raised on Quilicura. Actually i'm still living there, and what can i say, its a beautiful place for live. About my studies, i did my elementary and high school on the same stablishment. A state school called "Liceo/Colegio Paula Jaraquemada", a place that i don't remember as a good place for study.
